Why do I always feel that I am not good enough? Why do I always feel like a failure? What is holding me back? I don’t know how to try again. Why do I land up with the same old default behaviors? Do we not feel at some point of time in our life … I wanna grow up … once again? The book tries to connect us to certain deeper parts of us with thought-provoking issues like:  ·Why we don’t do what we want to do? ·Why do we hold on? Why do we not let go!? ·We all make efforts, but how do we handle setbacks and burnouts? ·How to change our perceptions and break our patterns? It is an inward journey into how we have lived our life, till now and how we choose to live from now! “What happens in us is more important than what happens to us!”

Recently I was busy reading The Incredible History of Indian ocean learning facts from my beloved History when I came across this book. To say that self help is not my favourite genre is enough to tell that this was something very new for me and something I expected very less from. To be honest it was the title that attracted me and I immediately wanted to give the book a try, because who doesn’t like attractive titles and beautiful covers to be honest.
Now coming back to the book, I was pleasantly surprised. The writing style was so comprehending that it didn’t take me long to get into the book and once I was in I couldn’t bring myself to not read a chapter everyday. I decided to take this book slow to understand every small detail given by the author.
Recently there was a small incident which made me feel faulty and coincidentally it was the day I read the chapter on failures which refreshed me completely. Such a powerful piece of writing. I appreciate this book. I must include that all the good reviews I read about it did not fail me.
    Easy, deep and informative.
